CUSPYS | Kelly, Patterson Selected as UCCS Student-Athletes of the Year

Graduate students Geoff Kelly and Tarah Patterson have been tabbed the 2021-22 University of Colorado Colorado Springs Male and Female Student-Athletes of the Year.  The award is given to the top male and female student-athletes who have excelled in the classroom and made a significant impact for their program.

  • 2021-22 RMAC All-Academic First Team
  • Started 29 of his 30 appearances
  • Averaged 5.0 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game
  • Totaled Dished out 59 assists for an average of 1.9 per game
  • Blocked nine shots
  • Accumulated 20 steals
  • Shot 46.3% from the field, 30.0% from three and 69.2% from the free throw line…
  • Scored a career high 20 points while shooting 8-for-9 from the field on Nov. 24 against SAGU American Indian
  • Dropped a career high seven assists on Dec. 18 against Chadron State
