COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The University of Colorado Colorado Springs Mountain Lions men's basketball program earned three All-Conference honorees with
Marzouq Abdur-Razaaq, and
Xavier Martinez named Second Team All-RMAC, as
Brody Hull earns an Honorable Mention in his freshman season.
The All-RMAC Men's Basketball teams and major award winners are nominated and voted on by the league's 15 head coaches, with coaches not permitted to vote for their own players.
Xavier Martinez is named to the All-RMAC second team for the second straight season, after leading the Mountain Lions in minutes played on the year once again. Martinez's 13.0 points per game was second most on the team, as his 137 assists were most on the squad, and most in a single season in his career. Martinez now sits second all-time in UCCS program history with 366 assists, just seven shy of the program record of 373. Martinez was third most in the assist category in the conference, trailing just Gunner Walters of Regis, and Jason Lee of South Dakota Mines.
Marzouq Abdur-Razaaq gathers Second Team All-RMAC accolades in his first season of action with UCCS after missing last season with injury. Abdur-Razaaq led the Mountain Lions with 14.2 points per game, posting four double-doubles across the year. His 5.9 rebounds per game was also tops on the UCCS roster. The redshirt sophomore ranked 16th in the conference in scoring, as he checked in 14
th in rebounds, and 2
nd in field goal percentage.
Brody Hull splashed onto the scene this season as a freshman for the Mountain Lions, earning an All-RMAC Honorable Mention for his efforts. Hull was third on the Mountain Lions in scoring with 12.3 points per game, and second on the squad in rebounds with 4.9 boards per game. Hull played and started in all 29 games for UCCS this season, with his season best 29 points coming against Westminster on December 6
th.
UCCS finished the season with a 15-14 record in 2025-26 going an even 10-10 in RMAC contests. The Mountain Lions qualified for the conference tournament for the second straight season, falling in the quarterfinal round 74-73 to the top seeded Black Hills State Yellow Jackets.
