HOW IT HAPPENED | Game One
- The Rangers broke the ice in the bottom of the second inning, as UCCS starter Ryder Mancuso found himself with traffic after a hit by pitch and a single put runners on first and second with no one out to start the half inning. Mancuso would come back to strike out Maxim Fullerton, but Jack Moulin's double scored both runs to give Regis the 2-0 lead. Moulin would move up to third on a wild pitch, allowing himself to score on CJ Difiglia's ground out furthering the lead to three for the Rangers.
- One inning later, in the bottom of the third frame, the Rangers were back doing damage. Again, the first two hitters reached in the inning with Adam Paniagua and Zach Barnao both throwing out singles with Paniagua advancing to third on a wild pitch moments later. Peter Goldy's then followed with a single to plate Paniagua, with Barnao moving to second on the play. Fullerton then bunted to advance the runners, but Barnao was called out at third, keeping the baserunning situation the same at first an second. Moulin came through with his second double in as many innings to bring the score to 5-0, with Ayden Harrison adding to the total two batters later when he reached on an error by UCCS that allowed both baserunners to score to push the advantage to 7-0. Clay Conn kept the line moving with a single to plate Harrison, allowing Garrett Rede to single and move Conn to second. Paniagua returned to the plate and tripled, scoring both runners in front of him and giving Regis the 10-0 lead before he was stranded at third to end the inning.
- UCCS got their first run in the fourth, with Hayden Iverson reaching on an error and Caleb Stubbings poking a base hit to right to put himself and Iverson on the corners. Trevor Dale would lift a sacrifice fly to score Iverson, but UCCS would maroon Stubbings and only get the one run back.
- One inning later Mikey Brinton blasted a one-out solo home run in the fifth, bringing the score to 10-3, but again it would be the only run in the inning for UCCS.
- Errors bit UCCS in the sixth as an unearned baserunner came around to score on Peter Goldy's two run homer in the frame putting the Rangers back up by ten at 12-2, but UCCS would stop the Rangers from causing further damage.
- Dillion Vroman would score another for UCCS in the seventh, but that would be all she wrote for game one, as UCCS fell by a 12-3 final.

HOW IT HAPPENED | Game Two
- It was the Mountain Lions that got the scoring started in game two Saturday afternoon, with Evan Steinberger slashing a single to plate James Harison who doubled with one out two batters prior in the second inning. Caleb Chance would follow with a single, but he and Steinberger would be left aboard as UCCS took the 1-0 lead.
- One inning later in the thrid, Hayden Iverson and Caleb Stubbings would notch back-to-back doubles to double UCCS lead at 2-0 but that would spell the end of the Mountain Lions offense for the afternoon.
- Regis got right back into the game in the bottom of the third frame, with a Garrett Rede Walk, an Adam Paniagua single, and a Jack Moulin walk setting up Peter Goldy to tie the game with a 2 RBI single to left center, tying the game headed to the fourth inning.
- In the fourth the game got away from the Mountain Lions as Garret Rede and Adam Paniagua found their way on once again, then came into score on Jack Moulin's single. Maxim Fullerton followed up with a double to plate Moulin and Graf, who had walked, as the score advantage grew to 6-2 for the Rangers.
- Four hits in the sixth innings would create five more Ranger runs to finish off the Mountain Lions, as the Rangers take both games of the double header Saturday afternoon.
