CUSPYS | Church Receives 2021-22 Athletics Director Award

A five-year member of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs women's lacrosse program and a four-sport student-athlete, redshirt-senior Natalie Church has been presented the 2021-22 UCCS Athletics Director Award.  The UCCS Athletics Director Award is bestowed as a special recognition for student-athletes who have shown outstanding character, perseverance, leadership, resilience, etc. throughout their career as a Mountain Lion.

2022 Season Highlights and Statistics
  • RMAC All-Academic First Team
  • All-RMAC Second Team
  • RMAC Player of the Week (March 14, 2022)
  • Led the team in assists (30), points (67) and draw controls (58)
  • Ranked second on the team in goals (37), shots (73), shots on goal (57), ground balls (36) and caused turnovers (17)
  • Ranked in the top 10 in the RMAC in points per game (third, 4.19), assists per game (third (1.88), ground balls per game (2.25), goals per game (sixth, 2.31), shots per game (ninth, 4.56) and draw controls per game (ninth, 3.63)
  • Set new season program records for points (67), assists (30) and assists per game (1.88)
