ST. GEORGE, Utah – University of Colorado Colorado Springs senior men's golfer Jack Duguid carded a one-under par Thursday afternoon at the 2019 NCAA Division II West/South Central Regional Tournament, hosted by Dixie State University at The Ledges Golf Club in St. George, Utah.  Duguid's 71 has him tied for 14^th place overall.
 
Teeing off the first round from hole No. 10, Duguid posted a two-under par through his first nine holes after recording an eagle on his second hole of the round and a birdie on hole No. 14.  Duguid shot par on 14 holes.
 
Dixie State University is leading the 20-team tournament.  With three of the Trailblazers in the top 10, DSU owns a 283.  St. Edward's Ben Constancio is the individual leader through round with a six-under par 66.
 
Round two of the three-round round tournament will begin Friday morning.
