COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – A group of four Mountain Lions was named to the 2025 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-Tournament Team after the University of Colorado Colorado Springs women's basketball team won its second RMAC Tournament Championship title Saturday night.
Amyah Moore Allen was named the RMAC All-Tournament Team Most Valuable Player and was joined by
Amaya Snowden,
Maison White, and
Mya Wilson on the all-tournament team.
The Mountain Lions entered the conference tournament as the No. 6 seed. UCCS opened the week with a 63-60 win at No. 3 seed Adams State University in Alamosa, Colo. The Mountain Lions then took down No. 2 Western Colorado University on Friday night in the semifinal game from Grand Junction, Colo., 69-55. UCCS overcame a double-digit deficit last night at No. 1 seed Colorado Mesa University, 63-61, earning the second tournament championship title in program history (2017).

Amyah Moore Allen was unstoppable during the Mountain Lions championship week. She averaged 20 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 2.7 assists while shooting the ball at a 41.2 percent clip (21-of-51), and she was nearly perfect from the charity stripe, netting 15-of-17 from the line. Moore Allen led all scorers in the championship game with 28 points after sinking 10-of-16 from the floor and all seven free throw attempts.
Senior forward
Amaya Snowden saw action in all three games, compiling 17 points and 10 rebounds in 47 minutes of work. Thirteen of her 17 points last week came on Tuesday in the quarterfinal game at Adams State University.
Sophomore guard
Mya Wilson finished the week making 6-of-12 field goals and 2-of-7 free throws for 15 points across all three games. She netted nine points in the RMAC championship game where she hit on 3-of-5 field goals and 2-of-6 free throws. Wilson chipped in three rebounds and two assists during the tournament run.
Maison White, who joins Moore Allen as repeat members of the all-tournament team from last year's selection, nearly averaged a double-double in three games last weekend with 10.0 rebounds and 9.3 points per game. She sank 66.7 percent from the floor (12-of-18) and 4-of-9 free throws. She registered 11 points and nine rebounds in last night's championship game.
The Mountain Lions (19-11) automatically qualified for the NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Championship Tournament. The bracket will be announced tonight on ncaa.com at 8:30 p.m. (MT).
