KANSAS CITY, Mo. –
Taylynn Levi and
Emily Aguilar of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs women's soccer program have been named to the Scholar All-Region team out of the West by the United Soccer Coaches, the organization announced.
Taylynn Levi earns her first Scholar All-Region selection with a perfect 4.0 GPA in Engineering, to pair with two career Academic All-RMAC First Team selections and a 2024 Academic All-District selection. Levi, who led the roster in goals in 2024, appeared in a more complimentary role this fall as she was second on the team in assists with seven helpers on the season. She still added to the team's attack with three goals, with two coming from the penalty dot as the squad's go-to penalty shooter.
Emly Aguilar completed her four year career in the black and gold this fall, with a signature performance in her final match scoring a brace in the round of sixteen against Dallas Baptist. Aguilar, who owns a stellar 3.30 GPA in Business Marketing, earns her first academic award of her career. Aguilar matched her career high of seven goals this season, as she also put up a career high with four assists for 18 points. The Albuquerque native, who has been a mainstay in the starting eleven all four years of her college career, finished her time in Colorado Springs as one of the best midfielders in program history.
UCCS finished the 2025 season with a 14-3-6 record, reaching the round of 16 in the NCAA postseason tournament for the second time in the last three seasons.
