Stassi Tabbed Second Team All-America by United Soccer Coaches

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Abby Stassi of the University of Colorado Colorado Springs women's soccer program earns her second All-America selection as a member of the United Soccer Coaches Second Team squad, the organization announced Thursday.
 
The Highlands Ranch native turned in a record setting season this fall, netting a program best 17 goals while adding three assists for a 37-point total. Leading the Mountain Lions to their second South-Central Region Final in the last three seasons, Stassi scored three post season goals, including the lone strike in the Mountain Lions 1-1 draw in the second round of the NCAA Championship tournament. Stassi became the fifth player to be named as an All-American in program history on Tuesday when she earned a Second Team selection from the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA), and the first in the since the 2021 season. With today's announcement, Stassi earns the eleventh individual All-America award in program history and is one of four athletes to earn multiple All-America honors as a Mountain Lion.
 
UCCS finished the 2025 season with a record of 14-3-6, qualifying for the South-Central Regional Final match for the second time in the last three seasons, and third time in the last five.
