Women's Soccer Named #3 Seed in South Central Region for the NCAA Women's Soccer Championships

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The University of Colorado Colorado Springs women's soccer team has been named the number three seed in the 2025 NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Championship out of the South-Central Region.

The announcement marks the seventh national tournament appearance for UCCS women's soccer in the last eight seasons after the Mountain Lions crafted a stellar 13-2-5 record during the fall season, reaching the RMAC Semifinals in the conference tournament.

The Mountain Lions will remain in Colorado for the start of the NCAA postseason, as they will travel to Golden to take on sixth seeded Midwestern State in the first round with the winner moving on to face the hosts, second seeded Colorado School of Mines on Sunday in the second round.
