Taylynn Levi Named to 2024 RMAC Women's Soccer All-Tournament Team

GOLDEN, Colo. – Sophomore midfielder Taylynn Levi has been named to the 2024 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Women's Soccer All-Tournament Team, announced by the conference at the conclusion of Saturday night's championship match at Stermole Stadium.

Taylynn Levi earns all-tournament recognition after a standout performance in the semifinal match against the eventual champion Colorado School of Mines. Levi netted the only goal in the contest for the Mountain Lions in the 63rd minute to give UCCS the 1-0 lead from a centering pass off the feet of Fie Steenberg. She was inches from netting another equalizing goal for UCCS in the final minute, but her shot from twenty yards out hit the inside of the post and rebounded into play. Levi finished the season seven goals for UCCS to tie Emily Aguilar for the most on the team, also matching Fie Steenberg with 16 points, also a team best.

The Mountain Lions finished the 2024 season with a 10-8-2 record, turning around a 2-6-2 record through ten matches, to finish their final ten 8-2-0 advancing to the RMAC Semifinal contest.
