COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The University of Colorado Colorado Springs volleyball team received 22 points in this week's American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division II poll but fell out of the Top 25. Last week the Mountain Lions were nationally ranked (No. 22) for the first time ever in program history.
Hillsdale maintains their No. 1 ranking in Division II with 1,151 points and an 8-0 record.
The Mountain Lions own a 2-4 overall record and a 2-2 record in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
The Mountain Lions are slated to travel to Spearfish, S.D. on Saturday, Feb. 20. UCCS will play host school Black Hills State University at 11 a.m. and Colorado School of Mines in a neutral site match at 2 p.m.
