With a final score of 5,016 points across the two-day combined event, the Tucson, Ariz., native finished 13th overall and picked up Second Team All-America honors in the heptathlon for the first time in his career at UCCS.
  • The Mountain Lions closed out this year's indoor national championship on the outer track with one final All-America honor as the men's 4x400m relay team consisting of senior Sebastien Jean, redshirt junior Andrew Muncy, freshman Joshua Gross, and freshman Hayden Fox raced to second team accolades, taking 11th place overall with a time of 3:13.32.
BEYOND THE RESULTS

  • With their performance on the track tonight, Jean, Muncy, Gross, and Fox became the first men's 4x400m relay athletes to earn All-America accolades in both indoor and outdoor program history.
UP NEXT
  • The Mountain Lions will now roll directly into the outdoor season as they are set to compete at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Invitational at the CSUP ThunderBowl in Pueblo, Colo. on March 20-21.
