COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Five Mountain Lions earn all-conference recognition, led by junior forward Brooke Pavlich, who earns First Team All-RMAC recognition, while senior forward Abby Stassi, senior midfielder Taylynn Levi, junior defender Elise Broberg, and junior defender Malia Groshong are named Second Team selections. Junior midfielder Casey Tadlock earns an All-RMAC Honorable Mention, the conference office announced Tuesday.

The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference all-conference teams and major award winners are nominated and voted on by the leagues 13 head coaches with each coach prohibited from voting for their own student-athletes.

Junior forward Brooke Pavlich earns her first All-RMAC recognition of her UCCS career, as she lands on the first team. Pavlich has netted a career-high 13 goals so far this season, which is currently fourth best in the conference. On top of her scoring prowess, Pavlich has also matched her career-best in assists with four on the season. Her 30 points are tied for fourth most in the RMAC, and eight away from tying the single season UCCS program record.

Abby Stassi earns All-RMAC recognition for the second season in a row, this time as a member of the second team. Following her impressive 37-point season in 2025, Stassi once again has been a key component of the UCCS offense. This season, she has scored 11 goals, which is sixth most in the conference, along with a career-high eight assists to bring her point total to 30, tied with Pavlich for most on the team.

Senior midfielder Taylynn Levi once again finds herself garnering All-RMAC honors, as 2026 marks her second appearance on the second team and third all-conference recognition overall. Heading into the RMAC Tournament Semifinal, Levi has surpassed her career-high in goals with eight and matched her season-best in assists with seven. Her 23 points are the seventh most by any player in the conference this season as she continues to be a reliable member of the Mountain Lions' offense.

After receiving all-conference honorable mention honors in 2025, junior Elise Broberg finds her way onto the second team in 2026. The Gaston, Ore. native has netted a career-best three goals this season while notching 14 points. Broberg has done an excellent job setting the pace for the UCCS offense this season. Through just 17 matches she is tied for the team lead in assists with eight, a mark that is tied for second in the conference as well.

For the second year in a row, junior defender Malia Groshong has earned a spot on the second team. With fewer than 15 minutes played behind the team-leading Levi, Groshong remains a defensive stalwart for a team that has secured nine shutout victories and allowed just 69 shots on goal. While winning the RMAC Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week twice this season, Groshong has also scored two goals and helped UCCS rank tied for third among Division II programs with a goal differential of 42.

Junior midfielder Casey Tadlock is the lone honorable mention for the Mountain Lions this season, as she tallied two goals and three assists across 18 matches. Tadlock has been another reliable competitor for the black and gold, now playing over 1,100 minutes in each of her three seasons as she earns postseason recognition for the first time in her UCCS career.

The Mountain Lions travel north this week for the 2026 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Final Four in Denver. The Mountain Lions begin play at the RU Turf Fields with a 4 p.m. match against #3 Colorado School of Mines, with the winner advancing to the RMAC Final on Saturday evening.
