- Seminario netted his second goal in the 41st minute after receiving a cross from Diego Macias and putting the ball past the diving Kropf.
- A red card was assessed to Grizzly defender Jadon Fambro in the 54th minute for denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity. UCCS capitalized ten seconds later as Caden Hickcox scored his first career goal to make the Mountain Lion lead 3-0.
- Kropf received a red card in the 59th minute for denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity by handling the ball outside of the box, but Lars Ostermann came in to man the frame for the Grizzlies and immediately saved his first opportunity on the free kick.
- In the 73rd minute Jack Cook passed the ball into the box and Kieron Richardson headed it past Ostermann for his first career goal. Two minutes later Cole Wearner put the ball past Ostermann again as the Mountain Lions took a 5-0 lead.
