COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The University of Colorado Colorado Springs men's soccer team drops their third straight game as they fall to Colorado Mesa University (CMU) by a final score of 4-0.

How it Happened
- CMU came out strong as they peppered the UCCS keeper Andreas Kokoška early on in the game. Their efforts paid off quickly as they took a 1-0 lead in the 25th minute.
- UCCS only managed to get two shots off in the first half as the Maverick defense was suffocating. Unfortunately, UCCS could not find the net as the first half ended with the score in favor of CMU, 1-0.
- CMU wasted no time in the second half as they found the net in the 47th minute to make the score 2-0. Ten minutes later the Mavericks scored again to make it 3-0.
- CMU would add one more goal in the 88th minute to make the final score 4-0.

- UCCS totaled five shots in the game, two shots on goal, compared to CMU's 22 shots and nine shots on goal. The Mountain Lions had four corner kicks in the game to CMU's three, and Andreas Kokoška tabbed four saves in the game.
