COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The University of Colorado Colorado Springs women's soccer team keep their perfect record with another win this weekend against Regis University, 1-0, at Mountain Lion Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Kaitlin Hinkle took the first shot of the game just over two minutes into the game but missed just to the left.
- At 12 minutes in UCCS took the lead with Kelsey Lanham netting the ball and the assist by Amelia Junge.
- The Rangers were not able to get their first shot of the game until 25 and a half minutes in where UCCS Goalie, Chloe DeShazer denied access.
- UCCS outshot RU 8-2 in the first half.
- Regis picked up their offense in the second half with three shots.
- At just over 49 minutes in the game DeShazer saved the only shot on goal in the second half.
- Jaden Davis tried to cushion their lead at 63 minutes in but was denied by Rangers' goalie Julia Coombs.
- With just under 70 minutes Tori Maydew tried advancing the UCCS lead with a low right goal but was once again denied.
STATS FROM THE GAME
- DeShazer tallied three saves for the game and has won her first game of the season.
- Hinkle led the team in shots with four for the game and one on goal.
- Junge increased her assists with one.
- UCCS outshout RU 13-5.
