COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The University of Colorado Colorado Springs men's basketball games scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 9 against Regis University and Monday, Jan. 11 against Black Hills State University, have been postponed due to COVID-19 testing and protocols.
Saturday's game against Regis and Monday's game against Black Hills State (originally scheduled for Dec. 19) have been postponed. An announcement will be made when the games are rescheduled.
The Mountain Lions (1-2, 1-2 RMAC) will now play a make up game (originally scheduled for Jan. 4) at Colorado Mesa University (6-0, 6-0 RMAC) on Jan. 9 at 7:30 p.m. (pending this week's COVID testing results). The Mavericks were slated to play host to the Yellow Jackets on Jan. 9 but will now face UCCS in Brownson Arena.
Saturday's game at CMU will be the Mountain Lions first contest since Dec. 12, 2020.
