Leasure scored 26 points, brought down 11 rebounds and provided 11 assists against Colorado State-Pueblo on Jan. 29, 1997. The 11 assists in her sophomore season is still the most in a single game in UCCS history, and it remains the only triple-double in program history. She went on to become the first Mountain Lion to be named to an RMAC First Team that season.Â
When Leasure’s career ended in the 1998-99 season, she held the record for career points (1,224), three-pointers (176), free throws (296), assists (354), was second in double-doubles (6), third in field goals made (376), sixth in rebounds (427) and eighth in steals (98).Â
Leasure ended up on the All-RMAC First Team on all three seasons she competed for UCCS.
