Welsh scored 26 points on 10-of-16 shooting from the field and pulled down nine rebounds on Friday against Westminster. He followed with 22 points and eight rebounds in an 86-82 win against Colorado Mesa on Saturday night.

Welsh is second in the RMAC with 8.7 rebounds per game and fifth with 20.6 points per game.
