Derrick White was named the RMAC Tournament Most Valuable Player after UCCS won its first men's basketball conference championship in program history. He averaged 31.2 points, 8.3 rebounds and 7 assists in the three games of the tournament.

White was an All-RMAC First Team selection earlier in the week.
