2024-25 INDOOR: Competed in three meets … Recorded a season and personal best time of 11:06.58 in the 3,000m at the Colorado Running Company UCCS Invite … Posted a time of 20:09.44 in the 5,000m at the Colorado Running Company Mountain Lion Open.

2024 XC: Competed in four meets ... Ran a college best 5k at the 17th Annual UCCS XC Rust-Buster on September 7th with a time of 19:23.0 ... Recorded a season and personal best with a time of 23:03.5 and placed 29th overall in the 6k at the 2024 Roadrunners Invitational on September 21st. 

2024 OUTDOOR: Competed in four meets … Recorded a season-best time of 5:09.66 in the 1500m at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird Invite … Posted a season and personal best time of 11:38.39 to finish 12^th overall in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the RMAC Outdoor Championships.

2023-24 INDOOR: Ran a season best time of 11:29.73 in the 3000m on February 16 at the Mines Pre-Conference meet.
