2025 OUTDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in four meets … Registered a season-best time of 4:51.55 in the 1500m at the Mines Midweek #2 … Clocked a season and personal best time of 18:32.36 in the 5,000m at the Chuck Haering Classic … Finished 14^th overall in the 1500m at the RMAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:54.11.

2024-25 INDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in one meet … Posted a season and personal best time of 5:26.86 in the mile at the Colorado Running Company Mountain Lion Open.

2024 XC: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in four meets ... Set a PR in the 5k at the 17th Annual UCCS XC Rust Buster on September 7th with a time of 18:52.2 and placed 18th overall in the meet ... Ran a personal best 6k at the 2024 Colorado Springs XC Open on October 11th with a time of 22:57.8 and placed 19th overall at the meet.  

2024 OUTDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in five meets … Posted a season-best time of 2:29.41 in the 800m at the Chuck Haering Open Invitational … Finished 22^nd overall in the 1500m at the RMAC Outdoor Championships with a season and personal best time of 4:51.53.

2023-24 INDOOR: Ran a season best time of 5:33.79 in the mile on January 20 at the UCCS Invite … Competed in the mile and 3,000m.

2023 XC: Competed in two meets… Ran a season best 19:15.2 in the 5k on September 2^nd at the UCCS XC Rust-Buster.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Middleton High School in 2022 ... Two-time All-Academic Big 8 Conference ... All-State Honorable Mention ... Six-time letterwinner ... Named Most Outstanding Sophomore Award and Most Outstanding Senior Award ... Helped the Cardinals with the 2019 and 2021 Big 8 Sectional Team championships, the 2021 Big 8 Conference championship and the 2021 DI Wisconsin State Championships ...
