2011: Named to the academic All-RMAC honor roll ... played in 18 games with 16 starts, took 5 shots. 

2010: Played in all 19 games with 18 starts ... as a defender, had one assist, took seven shots with three on goal.

Four-year letter winner at Centennial High School ... two-year All-State ... named to the Denver Post All-State team ... was the South Central League MVP in her junior year, leading team in assists and second in goals.

Personal:
Criminal Justice/Forensic Science major ... has one sister, Nicole ... parents are Doug and Paula Gist ... enjoys hanging out with family and friends.
