Hannah Mill was named the UCCS Women's Lacrosse Assistant Coach in September 2024.
 
Hannah Mill makes her return to UCCS after spending the 2021 and 2022 seasons donning the Mountain Lions black and gold.  Following her two-year stint at UCCS, Mill transferred to Regis University where she earned a Master's in Organizational Leadership degree.  Since May of 2023, Mill has served as the Director of Operations and Coach for Team 180, a premier lacrosse program in Colorado.  With Team 180, the Parker, Colo. native plans and executives travel arrangements for six teams, assists in the recruitment process, designs and leads high intensity, skill-focused practice session, and she conducts targeted individual and small group training sessions for middle school and high school players. 
 
Mill spent the 2024 season as an assistant coach at Rock Canyon High School, supporting the coaching staff with practice plans, facilitating fast pace and high-level practice sessions, and communicating with parents and the athletic department.  Her professional development stops include acting as the Xavier University assistant coach and director of operations, working with the True Lacrosse and Snap! Lax club programs, and as an assistant coach at Mullen High School.
 
Mill's college career began at Stetson University from 2018-20 where she was named to the ASUN All-Freshman Team before transferring to UCCS.  Competing in one season at UCCS, she led the conference in goals per game (3.50), points per game (5.00), shots per game (7.75), and was fourth in assists per game (1.50). At the end of the 2022 season, Mill finished the season nationally ranked in the top 25 in Division II for average points per game (5.0), while also setting the single game program record for most points (11), shots (20) and shots on goal (18).  Before earning her undergraduate degree in Finance at UCCS in 2022, Mill was named to the RMAC All-Tournament Team, All-RMAC First Team, RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll and the RMAC Offensive Player of the Week twice.
