2004-05: Cross Country: Was awarded academic All-RMAC ... Placed seventh in the Rocky Mountain Shootout on Oct. 4 ... Took 17th at the RMAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 23.

2003-04: Cross Country: Placed ninth at the Wyoming Invitational on Sept. 5... Finished 19th with a time of 22:17 at the Rocky Mountain Shootout on Oct. 4 ... Finished third to help lead UCCS to a first place finish at the Dan Libera Meet on Oct. 11 ... Finished 13th and was the top UCCS runner at the RMAC Championships on Oct. 25 ... Placed 27th at the North Central Championships on Nov. 8. Track: Placed fourth in 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Joe Davies Meet on Jan. 31 ... Placed eighth in the 5,000 at the Indoor RMAC Championships on Feb. 27 ... Took eighth in the 1,500 at the RMAC Outdoor Track Championships on May 7. 

2002-03: Cross Country: Finished 14th, posting a time of 16:07 at the Wyoming Invitational on Sept. 6 ... Placed 23rd at the RMAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 26 ... Placed 30th at the North Central Regional Championships on Nov. 9. 

2001-02: Cross Country: Finished second at both the Denver University Invitational and the Dan Libera Invitational ... Followed that by taking 19th at the RMAC Championships and 32nd at Regionals ... Both finishes were second-best for the Mountain Lions. Track:Had the 18th best time in the nation, and second fastest in school history, in the 3,000-meter steeplechase ... Took second in that event at the RMAC Outdoor Championships and sixth in the 1,500 ... Named All-RMAC ... Qualified provisionally for nationals in outdoor track and field ... Was a member of the 3.2 GPA club
