2003-04: Finished 42nd with a time of 17:02 at the Wyoming Open on Sept 5, 2003 ... Placed 83rd at the Rocky Mountain Shootout on Oct 4, 2003 ... Placed 27th in the mile run at the Joe Davies Meet on Jan 31 ... Took 19th in the 3000 m run at the Indoor RMAC Championships on Feb 27 ... Took sixth in the 5000 m at the Tom Benich Classic on Apr 3.

2002-03: Finished 44th at the Colorado College Invite on Sept 14 ... Finished 81st at the Dan Libera Meet on Oct 12.

Pre UCCS Notes: Is a member of the National Honor Society ... Was named All-Conference as well as academic All-State ... Participated at state meet in both cross country and track all four years while at Roosevelt High School.
