2007-08: Track: Was an All-American in the 10,000m ... named first-team all-RMAC in the 3000m and 5000m for the indoor track season ... named first-team all-RMAC in the 5000m for the outdoor track season ... placed first in the 5000m after coming back from injury at the CSM All-Comers Meet Feb. 16 ... finished first in the 3000m at the RMAC Indoor Championships Mar. 1 ... placed second in the 5000m at the RMAC Indoor Championships Mar. 1 ... finished second in the 10000m at the Kansas Relays Apr. 19 ... placed third in the 1500m at the Jack Christiansen Invite Apr. 26 ... finished first in the 5000m at the RMAC Outdoor Championships May 6 ... placed fourth in the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships May 22.

2006-07: Track: Was awarded the Scribe's Paperplate Running Reporter Award ... was an all-American in the 3000m at the outdoor track Nationals, where she finished seventh ... Named first-team all-RMAC in the 3000m and 5000m for the outdoor track season ... placed 10th in the 5000m at the outdoor track Nationals ... finished first in the 5000m at the RMAC Championships ... finished second in the 3000m at the RMAC Championships. 

Cross Country: Named All-American after finishing 11th overall at the NCAA Division II Championship Meet in Pensacola, Fla., Nov. 18th ... recorded her personal best 6K at nationals, covering the course in 20:43.2 ... finished second at the RMAC cross country championship meet in Pueblo ... earned all-RMAC honors for her finish ... finished first at the Wyoming Invitational Sept. 1st ... placed fourth at the Lobo Invitational Sept. 9th ... won the Colorado College Invitational Sept. 23rd with a time that was 41 seconds ahead of the second runner ... finished ninth at the Rocky Mountain Shootout Sept. 30th ... placed second at the RMAC Conference Championship Meet Oct. 21st ... finished third at the North Central Regional Meet Nov. 4th ... set a new course record in winning the Wyoming Invitational on Sept. 1st, covering the 4k course in 14 minutes, 48 seconds ... for her efforts she was named RMAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week the week of Aug. 28th-Sept.3rd. 

2005-06: Track: Earned All-RMAC in the 3000m ... earned three RMAC Cross Country Runner of the Week honors during the cross country season, most ever by a UCCS runner in a single season ... was named RMAC Indoor Track Runner of the Week for the week of Jan. 20th ... finished 12th out of 68 runners in the 5000m at the Iowa State Classic and broke the UCCS indoor track record for that event with a time of 16:58.18 ... finished fourth in the 3000m at the RMAC Indoor Track Championships on Feb. 25th ... finished 12th in the 5000m at the NCAA National Indoor Championships ... placed first at the Potts Invitational in the 1500m with a time of 4:51.91 ... finished in fifth place at the Trojan Invitational in the 10k run Mar. 25th ... finished in fifth place at the Mt. Sac Relays in the 10k ... finished first in the mile at the Colorado College Invitational with a time of 5:20.00. 

Cross Country: Earned All-American honors finishing 10th amongst a field of 180 competitors at the NCAA Division II National Championships on Nov. 19th ... her finish was the highest ever for a UCCS woman ... was named All-RMAC after finishing fourth in the RMAC Cross Country Championships Oct. 22nd ... took first place at the Wyoming Invitational Sept. 2nd, besting 31 Division I runners in the process ... finished first at the Woody Greeno Invitational ... finished seventh at the Boulder Shootout Oct. 1st ... finished fourth at the North Central Region Championships. 

2004-05: Earned All-American honors after finishing eighth in the 10k at the NCAA Outdoor Nationals May 26th ... was named All-RMAC after placing second in the 5000m at the RMAC Outdoor Championships ... placed second amongst Division II runners, eighth overall, at the Wyoming Open Sept. 3rd ... took fifth at the Rocky Mountain Shootout Oct. 2nd ... placed 13th at the RMAC Cross Country Championships Oct. 23rd ... placed 31st overall at the NCAA Cross Country Nationals Nov. 20th.

Pre UCCS Notes: Lettered four times in track and three times in cross country ... went to state twice in both cross country and track ... was league and regional champion for cross country in 2003 ... named Continental League Athlete of the Month ... won CHSAA sports photography and journalism awards for her work in her high school yearbook ... took 12 minutes off her 5K time from 9th to 12th grade.
