2025 OUTDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in three meets … Recorded a season and personal best time of 39:34.98 in the 10,000m at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird Invite … Posted a season-best time of 19:58.66 in the 5,000m at the Kit Mayer Classic.

2024-25 INDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in two meets … Recorded a season-best time of 11:21.47 in the 3,000m at the Colorado Running Company UCCS Invite … Posted a season-best time of 19:30.23 in the 5,000m at the Colorado Running Company Mountain Lion Open.

2024 XC: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in four meets ... Ran a personal best 5k at the 17th Annual UCCS XC Rust-Buster with a time of 18:39.2 and placed 14th overall ... Posted a career-best 6k time on October 11th at the 2024 Colorado Springs XC Open with a time of 22:45.1 and placed 15th overall at the meet.  

2024 OUTDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in two meets … Posted a season and personal best time of 39:41.46 in the 10,000m at the RMAC Outdoor Championships to earn a 17^th place finish.

2023-24 INDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Ran a season best time of 19:16.92 in the 5,000m on February 17 at the Mines Pre-Conference meet … Competed in the 3,000m and 5,000m.
