2025 OUTDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … CSC Academic All-District … Competed in three meets … Recorded a season-best time of 18:06.97 in the 5,000m at the Kit Mayer Classic … Scored one point at the RMAC Outdoor Championships, finishing eighth overall in the 5,000m with a time of 18:19.98.

2024-25 INDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in four meets … Ran a season-best time of 5:19.49 in the mile at the Colorado Classic … Posted a season-best time of 10:45.93 in the 3,000m at the Colorado Running Company UCCS Invite … Raced to a season-best time of 18:49.40 in the 5,000m at the Colorado Running Company Mountain Lion Open.

2024 XC: All-RMAC Second Team … RMAC All-Academic First Team … Competed in six meets ... Set a PR in the 5k at the Louisville Classic on October 5th with a time of 17:56.7 and placed 56th overall ... Finished 28th overall in the 2024 RMAC Cross Country Championship on October 26th ... Placed 27th overall in the 6k at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Cross Country Championships on November 9th with a time of 22:55.5 ... Finished 62nd overall in the 6k at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships on November 23rd and finished with a time of 21:46.3.  

2024 OUTDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in four meets … Ran a season-best time of 4:58.26 in the 1500m at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird Invite … Finished 16^th overall in the 5,000m at the RMAC Outdoor Championships with a season and personal best time of 17:54.30.

2023 XC: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in four meets… Set a PR in the 5k with a time of 19:13.3 on October 6^th at the Colorado Springs XC Open… Ran a PR time of 24:05.1 in the 6k, placing 19^th at the Ted Castaneda XC Classic on September 30^th.

Ran a 5:23.79 in the 1600m at the Wyoming 4A East Regionals in 2021 ... Four-time cross country letterwinner ... Two-time indoor track & field and two-time outdoor track & field letterwinner ... Three-time cross country all-state performer ... Named the 2019 and 2020 CHS Athlete of the Year ... Three-year team captain ...
