Competed in five meets … Scored four points at the RMAC Outdoor Championships, finishing fifth overall in the 3,000m Steeplechase with a time of 11:12.30 … Notched a season and personal best time of 10:48.74 in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the Franson Last Chance … Clocked a season and personal best time of 17:51.81 in the 5,000m at the Chuck Haering Classic.

2024 XC: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in four meets ... Placed 25th at the 2024 Roadrunners Invitational on September 21st and posted a career best 6k with a time of 22:49.7.  

2024 OUTDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in five meets … Raced to a season-best time of 4:56.33 in the 1500m at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird Invite … Finished tenth overall in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the RMAC Outdoor Championships with a season and personal best time of 11:24.52.

2023-24 INDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Ran a time of 5:26.93 in the mile on February 16 at the Air Force Indoor Last Chance meet.

2023 XC: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in four meets… Ran a season best time of 18:47.2 in the 5k on September 29^th at the Live in Lou XC Classic… Recorded a PR in the 6k with a time of 22:52.4, leading to an eighth-place finish at the Roadrunners Invitational on September 16^th.
