2024 OUTDOOR: Competed in one meet … Posted a personal and season best time of 17:02.55 in the 5,000m at the Kit Mayer Classic.

2023-24 INDOOR: Did not compete.

2023 XC: Competed in two races… Ran a season-best time of 28:39.7 in the 8k at the Colorado Springs XC Open on October 6^th.

2023 OUTDOOR: Did not compete.

2022-23 INDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Placed sixth in the 3000m (9:32.70) on January 28 at the Mountain Lion Open … Ran a season best time of 4:37.49 in the mile at the Air Force Collegiate Open on February 17.

2022 XC: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll… Competed in five meets… Ran an 8k PR of 27:09.4 on October 1^st at the Ted Castaneda XC Classic.

2022 OUTDOOR: Did not compete.

2021-22 INDOOR: Did not compete.

2021 XC: Did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2021 graduate of Rampart High School ... 5K PR: 16:29 .... 3x PPAC 5A Conference Champions ... Placed third at the 2017 state meet ... Named to the Honor Roll all four years and to the Deans List three years.
