2025 OUTDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in two meets … Raced to a season and personal best time of 32:13.04 in the 10,000m at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird Invite … Clocked a season-best time of 15:57.12 at the Kit Mayer Classic.

2024-25 INDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in two meets … Finished with personal best time of 9:13.88 at the Colorado Running Company UCCS Invite … Clocked a time of 15:57.07 in the 5,000m at the Colorado Running Company Mountain Lion Open.

2024 XC: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in three meets ... Ran a personal best in the 8k at the Lucian Rosa Invitational on September 28th with a time of 26:21.8 and placed 15th overall at the meet.  

2024 OUTDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in four meets … Raced to a personal and season best time of 15:52.31 in the 5,000m at the Spank Blasing Invitational … Finished 20^th in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the RMAC Outdoor Championships with a season-best time of 10:04.44.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Cathedral High School in 2022 ... Personal best times: 16:41 (5k), 9:52 (3200m), 4:21 (1600m) and 1:58.9 (800m) ... Four-time varsity member of the cross country and track and field programs ... 2022 St. Cloud Times boys track and field Athlete of the Year ... Earned all-conference recognition five times ... Named all-state once ... Garnered All-Metro First Team accolades twice ... Named the Regional Athlete of the Week once ... Qualified for state six times ... He and the Crusaders qualified for state four times, won three conference championships and one sectional championship ... Member of the National Honor Society ... Named to the A Honor Roll three times.
