2024 OUTDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in three meets … Clocked a season-best time of 9:56.65 in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird Invite … Ran a season-best time of 15:46.45 in the 5,000m at the Spank Blasing Invitational … Finished 23^rd overall in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the RMAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 10:09.20.

2023-24 INDOOR: Did not compete.

2023 XC: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in two meets… Ran a PR in the 8k with a time of 27:43.4 on October 6^th at the Colorado Springs XC Open.

2023 OUTDOOR: Notched a season-best time of 4:20.48 in the 1500m at the Kit Mayer Classic on April 8 … Ran a season-best time of 16:08.15 in the 5,000m at the Mines Mini meet on April 21.

2022-23 INDOOR: Did not compete

2022 XC: Competed in one meet… Finished the 8k in 29:00.1 at the 15^th Annual UCCS Rust-Buster on September 3^rd.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with associate degrees in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, and Natural Sciences ... Competed at the 2019 and 2021 CCCAA state cross country meets ... Earned all-conference honors in 2022 in track and field ... Qualified for the state meet in the 3000m steeplechase ... Received the SRJC Award of Excellence in both cross country and track and field ... Posted career best times in the steeplechase (9:51.57), 3000m (9:14.70), 1500m (4:11.91), 800m (2:00.44), 5000m (15:39.58) ... Ran the four-mile cross country race in 20:43. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Piner High School in 2019 ... Helped his team place second at the 2017 North Coast Section ... 2015 and 2017 two-time SCL Cross Country Champions ... 2016 SCL Track & Field Champions.
