2024-25 INDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in three meets… Notched personal best time of 8:59.35 in 3,000m at Mines Winter Classic & Multi … Posted a season best time of 15:46.61 in the 5,000m at the Colorado Running Company Mountain Lion Open.

2024 XC: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Competed in one meet ... Placed 24th overall on September 7th at the 17th Annual UCCS XC Rust Buster with a time of 26:47.9.  

2024 OUTDOOR: Competed in two meets … Clocked a season-best time of 15:45.82 in the 5,000m at the Chuck Haering Open Invitational.

2023-24 INDOOR: Placed third in the 5,000m with a season best time of 15:47.75 at the UCCS Invite … Competed in the 3,000m and 5,000m.

2023 XC: Competed in five meets… Ran a PR time of 25:42.8 in the 8k on October 21^st at the 2023 RMAC XC Championships… Set a PR in the 10k (32:10.0) at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships on November 18^th.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Attended Texas Tech University in 2022-23 ... Redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2022 graduate of Pompton Lakes High School ... 7-time varsity letterwinner in cross country and track & field ... Member of the National High School Honors Society.
