2024-25 INDOOR: Competed in the 400m at the Colorado Running Company UCCS Invite on Jan. 25, 2025.

2024 OUTDOOR: Competed in one meet, posting a time of 53.17s in the 400m at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird Invite.

2023-24 INDOOR: Ran a season best time of 51.85s in the 400m at the Potts Invitational … Competed in the 200m, 400m and 4x400m.

2023 OUTDOOR: Did not compete.

2022-23 INDOOR: Ran a season best time of 51.35 in the 400m on December 10 at the UCCS Pre-Holiday Invite & Multi … Competed in the 400m and 4x400m.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from North Bend High School in 2022… Stats – 200m: 22.76, 400m: 49.11… Four-year letterman in track and soccer… 4^th place finish in 400m helped lead North Bend HS to a Oregon 5A State Title in 2019… 2^nd place finish in 400m, 4x400m and 4x200m helped lead Rocky Mountain HS to an Idaho 5A State Title in 2021… Four-time honor roll recipient… Member of the National Honor Society and Key Club.

PERSONAL: Parents are Emily and Tim Efraimson… Father played baseball at Oregon State University.
