2020 XC: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Ran in two meets … Opened the season with a 15^th place finish in 27:24.4 at the UCCS Rust Buster on Sept. 4 … Placed 39^th overall two weeks later at the UCCS XC Open in 29:20.8.

2019-20 INDOOR: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll ... Competed in 3 meets for the Mountain Lions as a freshman … Ran the mile, 3000m and 5000m … Recorded a career-best time of 4:46.24 in the mile at the Air Force Collegiate on Feb. 21 … Recorded another career-best time in the 3000m of 9:23.92 at the Mines Winter Classic Invitational on Jan. 31 … Notched a career-best in the 5000m also, crossing the finish line with a time of 16:24.22 at the Mountain Lion Open on Feb. 8.

2019 XC: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll .... Ran in four meets for UCCS ... Finished the season on Oct. 26 at the Maverick Open running a personal best 8K time of 26:23.3 (23rd overall) ... One month earlier at the Trevecca Nazarene DII Showcase meet, he crossed the finished line 52nd overall in 27:36.0.
