2025 OUTDOOR: Competed in two meets … Posted a season-best time of 10:50.93 in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird Invite.

2024-25 INDOOR: Competed in two meets.

2024 XC: Did not compete.  

2024 OUTDOOR: Competed in three meets … Recorded a season-best time of 10:39.52 in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the Colorado Invitational … Notched a season-best time of 16:37.08 in the 5,000m at the Kit Mayer Classic.

2023-24 INDOOR: Did not compete.

2023 XC: Competed in one race… Set a PR in the 8k with a time of 28:09.8 on October 6^th at the Colorado Springs XC Open.

2023 OUTDOOR: Did not compete.

2022-23 INDOOR: Did not compete.

2022 XC: Competed in three meets… Started the season with an 8k PR of 28:24.9 on September 3^rd at the 15^th Annual UCCS Rust-Buster.

2022 OUTDOOR: Ran a 10:53.18 in the 3000m steeplechase on Apr. 8-9 at the CU Invitational … Clocked a PR time of 4:29.90 in the 1500m at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird on Mar. 18-19 … Competed in 1500m and 3000m steeplechase.

2021-22 INDOOR: Placed 10^th at the UCCS Invite in 3000m (9:42.68)… Season best 16:45.35 in 5000m on Jan. 28 at the Mountain Lion Open… Competed in 3000m and 5000m.

2021 XC: Ran in one meet … Crossed the finish line in 30:06.8 (PR) to finish 55^th overall at the UCCS Colorado Springs XC Open on Oct. 8.

2021 OUTDOOR: Did not compete.

2020-21 INDOOR: Did not compete.
