Before UCCS: O'Dea was named first Team All State in 2008 ... was the Gazette 4A player of the year and Cheyenne Mountain's MVP ... had second most goals on team ... O'Dea was named Metro 4A Player of the Year ... was able to Reach the semi-finals on both his club and HS team

Personal: He is majoring in Mechanical Engineering ... parents Arthur and Alison and he has four siblings ... enjoys outdoor activities.
