The 2025 season will mark Bjarne Huth’s second year with the UCCS men’s and women’s soccer programs.

Huth joined the men’s and women’s soccer staff as the graduate assistant goalkeeper coach in 2024. In his first season with the men’s soccer team, the squad finished the campaign with the best overall record in program history, going 14-3-4 with a conference record of 6-1-3. UCCS made the conference tournament semifinal game and the NCAA Division II Men's Soccer Tournament earning a program-best No. 3 seed in Super Region 4 and earning the right to host the first NCAA playoff game in UCCS men's soccer history. Under Huth's tutelage, Soren Russell of the men's soccer program was awarded RMAC Goalkeeper of the Year.

As a player, Huth played at Morningside University from 2019 to 2023 where he earned accolades such as All-Conference and Defensive player of the year. In 2019 and 2020, his team was crowned Conference Champions and qualified for the national tournament both years.

Huth, a native of Frankfurt, Germany, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and General Psychology from Morningside University in 2023.
