2003-04: Started off the year winning the Wyoming Open with a time of 20:56 ... Finished 10th at the Rocky Mountain Shootout on Oct 4, 2003 ... Finished 2nd at the Dan Libera Meet on Oct 11, 2003 ... Placed 15th at the RMAC Championships on Oct 25, 2003 ... Placed 18th at the North Central Regional on Nov 8, 2003 ... Placed third at was the top Division II finisher in the mile run at the Air Force Invite on Jan 23 ... Took fourth in the 3000 m at the Joe Davies Meet on Jan 31 ... Placed 1st in the mile run at the Indoor RMAC Championship on Feb 28 ...Took 11th at Indoor Nationals in the mile run ... Placed 3rd in the 800 m at the RMAC Outdoor Championship on Mar 8 ... 2001-02 : Holds the CU-Colorado Springs record for the outdoor 800 meters with a time of 1:51.75, five second faster that the previous record ... Has the third-best mark all-time in the 1500 ... Finished fifth in the 800 at the RMAC championships ... Qualified for nationals in the 800 meters ... Was fifth in his heat at nationals, and missed qualifying for the finals by just over a tenth of a second ... Had second-place finished in the 800 at the Colorado College Invitational, the Tom Benich meet and the Rob Upton meet.

Before CU-Colorado Springs: Placed third in the 1500 meters at the East African Interuniversity Championship in Uganda. ... Helped his team to a second place finish a interuniversity competition in 2001.
