2004-05: Finished the Wyoming Open with a time of 25:20 on Sept 3 Placed 107th the Woody Greeno/Nebraska XC Invitational on Sept 18 Placed 13th in the mile run at the Air Force Invite on Jan 24 Finished the 3000 m run with a time of 10:05.08 at the Joe Davies Meet on Jan 31. 

2003-04: Finished 27th at the Wyoming Open on Sept 5 ... Placed 81st with a time of 29:50 at the Rocky Mountain Shootout in Boulder on Oct 4, 2003 ... Placed 30th in the 3000m at the Joe Davies Meet on Jan 31 ... Placed ninth in the 5000 m at the Northern Colorado Stampede on Mar 13.

Before CU-Colorado Springs: Was a member of Lewis Palmers 2000 cross-country team that won the state championship Went to state in both track and cross-country his sophomore through senior years
