2025 OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets … Raced to a season-best time of 3:57.68 in the 1500m at the Chuck Haering Classic … Posted a season-best time of 14:42.63 in the 5,000m at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic … Recorded a ninth-place finish in the 1500m at the RMAC Outdoor Championships.

2024-25 INDOOR: Competed in four meets … Posted personal best time of 8:58.87 in the 3,000m at the Colorado Running Company Mountain Lion Open … Notched personal best time of 4:23.88 in the Mile at the RMAC Indoor Track & Field Championship, finishing eighth overall in the event and scoring one point.

2024 XC: Competed in five meets ... Set a PR in the 8k on October 26th at the 2024 RMAC Cross Country Championship with a time of 25:28.1 and placed 29th overall at the meet ... Ran a personal best 10k on November 23rd at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships with a time of 31:01.3 and placed 67th overall at the meet.  

PREVIOUS SCHOOL:  Attended University of Wyoming in 2022-23 and 2023-24 ... Cross Country redshirt in 2022 ... Competed in 4 XC meets as a redshirt-freshman in 2023 ... Ran an 8k PR time of 24:45 at the XC23 College & Open on Oct. 14 ... Finished 47th overall in 24:45.0 at the 2034 Mountain West XC Championships ...  Competed in three indoor T&F meets in and four outdoor meets in 2022-23 ...
