2006: Track: Named first-team All-RMAC in the indoor 800-meter run ... Joined the track team in Jan. 2006 ... Kicked off the indoor season with a 15th place finish in the mile run at the Joe Davies Invitational ... Placed second in the 800-meter run at the RMAC Indoor Track Championships on Feb. 24 with a time of 1:55.24 ... Began the outdoor season with a first place finish in the 400-meter dash at the Colorado College Invitational on Apr. 8 ... Finished 19th out of 40 competitors in the 800-meter run at the Mt. Sac Relays on Apr. 15.

Before UCCS: Was Champion of the intercounties 1500 meter steeplechase ... Won the silver medal in the Senior Men's 800 meter Kent Championships.
