2008-09: Cross Country Took Fifth place on the team and 10th place overall at the inaugural Rust-Buster Invitational with a time of 20 minutes, 55 seconds 

2007-08: Track: Did not compete. Cross Country: Placed 43rd at the Lobo Invitational Sept. 8 with a time of 28:46 ... finished 39th at the Colorado College Invite Sept. 22 with a time of 29:34.14 ... placed 79th at the Fort Hays State Invitational Oct. 6 with a time of 29:08.89 ... finished 54th at the RMAC championships Oct. 20 with a time of 29:33.99 ... placed 90th at Regionals Nov. 3 with a time of 34:36. 

2006-07: Track: Placed 10th in the 3000m at Potts Invitational Mar. 17 ... finished sixth in the 5000m at Rob Upton Invitational Mar. 24 ... placed 13th in the 10,000m at the RMAC Outdoor Championships May 8. Cross Country: Finished 58th at the Wyoming Invitational Sept. 1 ... competed in the Rocky Mountain Shootout Sept. 30. 

2005-06: Track: Placed 26th in the 3000m at the Joe Davies Invitational ... placed sixth in the 3000m at the Air Force Invitational ... placed 17th in the 3000m at the Air Force Invitational ... placed 26th in the 3000m at the RMAC Indoor Championships ... placed 18th in the 3000m at the Potts Invitational ... placed third in the 5000m at the Colorado College Invitational ... placed 26th in the 1500m at the Jack Christiansen Invitational ... placed 20th in the 1500m at the RMAC Outdoor Championships ... placed 23rd in the 5000m at the RMAC Outdoor Championships. Cross Country: Placed 34th at the Colorado College Invitational ... competed in the Boulder Shootout.
