2004-05: Was awarded academic All-RMAC. Cross Country: Placed 16th at the Wyoming Open on Sept. 3 ... Finished 22nd at the RMAC Championships on Oct. 23 ... Placed 29th at the NCAA Regionals on Nov. 6. Track: Placed 11th in the mile run with a time of 4:44 at the Air Force Invitational on Jan. 23 ... Placed 13th in the 3000-meter run at the Joe Davies meet on Jan. 31 ... Took 18th in the mile at the RMAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 28 ... Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase in the Tom Benich Classic on Apr. 3 with a time of 9:47 ... Placed 13th in the 1,500-meter run at the RMAC Outdoor Championships on May 7 ... Was one of seven athletes to compete for UCCS at the NCAA Outdoor Track Championships on May 28.

2003-04: Cross Country: Finished 16th with a time of 22:59 at the Wyoming Open on Sept. 5 ... Placed 46th at the Rocky Mountain Shootout in Boulder on Oct. 4 ... Finished 28th at the RMAC Championships on Oct. 25. Track: Placed 13th in the 3,000-meter run at the Joe Davies meet on Jan. 31 ... Was the Mountain Lions’ second highest finisher in the mile run at the RMAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 28 ... Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Tom Benich Classic on Apr. 3 ... Took second in the 5,000-meer run at the Jack Christiansen Invitational on Apr. 24 ... Placed 13th in the 1,500-meter run at the RMAC Outdoor Championships on May 8. 

2002-03: Was named All-RMAC in track ... Received the team’s Most Improved Player award for track. Cross Country: Finished 34th at the Dan Libera Invitational on Oct. 12. Track: Just missed the mark for provisionally qualifying for Nationals in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.

Before CU-Colorado Springs: Lettered seven times at Pueblo County High School: four in track and three in cross country … Had his best finish in a race when he took second in a men’s 4x800-meter relay at the state high school track meet … Also took sixth in the 4X400 at the state meet.
