2023 OUTDOOR: Competed in the 4x400m relay on April 8 at the Kit Mayer Classic, posting a time of 3:28.53 … Raced to a season-best time of 1:58.99 at the RMAC Outdoor Championships to finish 16^th overall … Registered a season and personal best time of 4:12.99 in the 1500m at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird Invitational.

2022-23 INDOOR: Ran a PR time of 1:57.43 in the 800m on February 11 at the 8^th Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic.

2022 XC: Did not compete.

2022 OUTDOOR: PR in 800m (1:59.12) on Mar. 25-26 at the CSU Pueblo Spank Blasing Open (18^th place) … Ran a PR of 4:22.05 in the 1500m on Mar. 18-19 at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird … Competed in 800m and 1500m.

2021-22 INDOOR: PR in 800m (2:00.77) at the 2022 Ichabod Mid-Week Challenge… Placed 5^th in 800m at Mines Twilight on Feb 18-19… Competed in 800m.
