2009-10 (Newman): Averaged 9.7 points and 3.6 assists per game as a sophomore ... played in all 27 of the Jets' games, starting 26 of them ... led the team in assists, was third in steals (25) and fourth in scoring ... shot 36.7 percent from the field overall and 42.2 percent in conference games ... made 74.7 percent of his free throw attempts and 27.6 percent of his 3-pointers.

2008-09 (Newman): Named Heartland Conference co-Freshman of the Year ... played in 21 games as a freshman, including 18 starts ... shot 38.1 percent from the field, 32.9 percent from long range, and 72.2 percent from the free throw line ... averaged 11.2 points and three rebounds per game ... scored a career-high 24 points and added two rebounds in Newman’s 92-88 win at Dallas Baptist... grabbed a season-high six rebounds twice, both late in the season.

Olathe East HS: Named First Team All-Johnson County and Second Team All-Sunflower League ... earned Olathe Daily’s Player of the Year honor ... selected to play in the Kansas-Missouri All Star game ... averaged 16.2 points per game, including 22.5 points per game over his final four games ... put in 24 points in a Kansas 6A State Tournament game against Wichita Southeast ... shot 51 percent from the field, 46 percent from beyond the three-point arc, and 81 percent from the free throw stripe...Named to the Liberty Invitational All-Tournament Team... member of National Honor Society.
