2022: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Appeared in nine games … Took 22 shots and landed 16 on goal … Scored 11 points on 10 goals and one assist … Went 3-for-4 on free-position shots … Scored at least one goal in eight of her nine games played … Caused seven turnovers, snagged seven ground balls and recorded three draw controls … Caused three turnovers and controlled three ground balls against Regis on February 21^st.

2021: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … Played in all 12 games for the Mountain Lions … Her lone start of the season came in a 17-0 shutout win at home over Adams State on April 18 … Scored a season high two goals in a 19-13 home win against Missouri Western State on March 19 … Finished the season with 13 ground balls, 21 draws and seven caused turnovers … Caused three turnovers at CSU Pueblo in a 17-9 road win on April 3.

2020: The freshman played in three games ... Registered six draw controls and her two points came from two goals scored … Went 1-for-1 on free position shots.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Chaparral High School in 2019 ... Competed in 16 games, recording 64 shots, 12 assists,, 19 draw controls, 48 goals and nine free position shots ... Four-year letterwinner in both soccer and lacrosse ... Earned all-state as a junior ... Helped the Firebirds to two lacrosse state championships and two soccer state championships ... Lacrosse state runner-up one year ... Peer Mentor ... Eco Club Officer ... Chaparral Thirst Project Club Officer.

PERSONAL: Parents are Debbie and Steve Koopal ... Her father competed in football and wrestling at Central College ... Her cousin John Koopal is a swimmer at Rose-Hulman Institute ... Her cousin Zach Cook wrestles at Brown University, and her cousin Kristen Flint plays water polo at Dartmouth.
