2. Athletic Director ReportDirector Kirkham gave an update and report on the fall sports and Academic GPA for the Athletic students. The UCCS student athletes have maintained a GPA above 3.0 for 21 consecutive semesters and 32 were listed either on a Dean’s list or President’s list for Fall 2014. Additionally, numerous student athletes were named Academic All Americans or RMAC All Academic.

The Men’s Basketball team are ranked at #15 in the nation for Division II while the Women’s Basketball team is ranked 5th in the Region and tied for 1st in the RMAC. Both teams will be traveling to Adams State and Ft. Lewis this weekend.

Two Fall coaches Nicole Ridenhour (Women’s Soccer) and Chrissy Elder (Women’s Volleyball) recapped their seasons and gave an update on their teams and recruitment efforts.

3. SAAC ReportNichole Ridenour, gave an update on the SAAC activities. Student athletes are volunteering at Care and Share and Children’s hospital. The BOOZAR was a great success and the Men’s Basketball team has signed an 11 y.o. to participate in team activities. This was made possible through a partnership with IMPACT an organization that improves the quality of life with children facing life threatening and chronic diseases.Information onlyN. Ridenour
