Announcement	Brian Hardy replacing Steve Kirkham for today's meeting

2. Athletic Director Report	Brian Hardy stepped in to replace Director Kirkham as Steve is attending the NCAA Basketball tournament with the Women’s and Men’s Basketball teams. Brian updated the committee on the success of the Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams. The Men’s Basketball team won the RMAC tournament last weekend beating Metro State and therefore have an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament held at Tarleton State in Stephenville, TX. UCCS is ranked 10th in the National Division II polls and will play Mines in the first round on Saturday. Brian noted that Derrick White was MVP for the RMAC Tournament. The Women lost their first game in the RMAC tournament however they received a bid to the NCAA tournament and are ranked as the 2nd seed in their bracket. They will play CSU-Pueblo on Friday on the campus of West Texas A&M in Canyon, TX. Brian noted that Abby Kirchoff was named RMAC player of the year. Brian also handed out information regarding how the athletics department handles concussion and their policies regarding concussion. Old Business
IAAC Website	Will work with the Athletic Department to update the IAAC website and linking it to the Athletic website and Faculty Assembly. Will also review the policies and information on the old site	J. Berning	J. Berning C. Beiswanger
Concussions and Academic	Will find out who to talk with about getting the concussion information and student absentee form out to new faculty and into the information booklet given to new faculty joining UCCS	IAAC committee and Athletics to follow up on ideas and ways to implement	A. New Business
Video with athletes speaking out on sexual assults	Officer Schaller showed a video where student athletes from the University of Wyoming spoke out about sexual violence. The committee discussed the possibility of doing such a video at UCCS	IAAC, Director Kirkham and SAAC to discuss if UCCS should produce a video	Officer Schaller
